Software developer and architect with extensive experience in Oracle Middleware Fusion technologies  and Java J2EE technologies seeking a senior level software consulting position.

 

Last twenty years, developed enterprise software applications for Unix, Linux, and Microsoft (MS) Windows Server operating systems running on a multi-tiered architecture.  Currently do posses an extensive knowledge of JAVA/J2EE architecture, J2EE design patterns, and Web Services Design Patterns. 2014 - 2015 IT Consulting Organization, Oracle ADF Architect

 

Completed detailed audit of Oracle UIX to Oracle ADF 11g application conversion development effort.  Worked to resolve technical issues  such  as slow page rendering, Oracle  HTTP Server (OHS) failures, inability to display certain  MS Office files,  ADF/BC passivation configuration, and ADF taskflow design.  Prepared the detailed layouts for architecture and design documents and helped architects and developers to produce detailed contents for both of these documents.     Emphasized in taking stress tests at completion of each software release sprint. Worked with  development and test teams to strategize, plan, configure, make code changes, develop test scripts, and produce the necessary documentation explaining project approach in taking stress tests.  Audited the entire ADF code repository.  Provided suggestions and established rules for logging, exception handling,  ADF taskflow  design, and code commenting.   Conducted detail review  of application  coding standards. Identified  technical  inconsistencies and missing standards.   Worked with project team leads and senior developers to complete application coding standards.   Conducted random code audits to ensure the coding standards are being followed.  Provided suggestions in how to automate software deployment process.  Established plans and procedures for this automation.

Developed a pricing system to upload business products standard prices from various geographic regions, validated the products and prices, and generated price exceptions when prices were invalid.  Built custom ADF user interfaces for review  and approval of standard pricing data.

2012  Government IT Solutions Provider, SOA Architect and Oracle Middleware Fusion Consultant

 

Build a  proto-type  for a Candidate  Background  checker system for the purpose of demonstrating the selected Oracle middleware technologies.  This proto-type application was to be delivered as part of a response to federal government RFP.   Demonstrated working POC system end-to-end to project representatives.  Authored technical sections of proposal and received approval for prepared content.

Designed and developed Work Schedule POC application.   Integrated Oracle BPM with Oracle Primavera (portfolio management software).   The intended use of the POC application was for creation of complex work schedules with hundreds of activities and thousands of sub-activates. This application was made available to the user community for daily use.

2011  Independent Software Vendor, Oracle Middleware Fusion Consultant

 

Designed and developed enterprise business activity monitoring (BAM) dashboard for an insurance claim handling system and delivered the working product.  This dashboard displayed successful claims, claims with errors due to invalid application data, faulted claims due to system failures, and retry claim status.  This dashboard provided three key reports with charts presenting real-time statuses.
